- Administrative law: Our attorneys give advice to the county recorders and assessors regarding filing issues.
- Business law: We organize entities - such as partnerships, LLCs and corporations - for small to mid-size firms and handle issues related to employment law.
- Criminal defense: Our lawyers fight for the rights of our clients in legal matters ranging from speeding tickets to homicide. We represent clients in state and federal court, criminal appellate work, habeas corpus and post-conviction relief.
- Employment law: We work with employers, insurance carriers and employees to help create workplaces that are free from discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination.
- Family law: We represent clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications of child custody or child support, private terminations of parental rights, adoptions, asset division, domestic violence, No Contact Orders and Guardian ad Litem work.
- Insurance law: Our attorneys work with clients on both sides of the table. We represent people who are filing claims, and we defend insurance companies in commercial litigation cases.
- Juvenile justice: We work with children and parents in cases of delinquency and neglect, including CINA and termination of parental rights.

Our firm is open Monday through Friday from 8-5, with evening and weekend times available by appointment. When it is appropriate, we also visit clients in jail or at their home to discuss their legal concern.
